Alanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Western New Mexico University and her Master of Social Work Degree from Arizona State University while working full-time as a health educator to individuals receiving treatment for substance abuse.
She continued her professional journey to the Pacific Northwest in 2013 and offered insight and recommendations to those seeking treatment for disordered eating at a program on the east side of Seattle for 4 years. Once she received her License as an Independent Clinical Social Worker in 2017, she began her practice as an individual and couple’s therapist in a clinical setting located in north Seattle and eventually contracted with a private practice group in 2018 before transitioning to her own independent practice.
